DAVE CARR

Dave Carr has been a builder in the metro Oklahoma City, Edmond, Yukon and Deer Creek areas for almost 30 years. He has a long distinguished history in the building industry. In 1997, he was asked to build the New Products Home for Central Oklahoma Homebuilder’s Association, served as Parade of Homes Chairman in 1998 and in 2003 he volunteered to build the “Builder Care Home” with the proceeds from the sale going to five children’s charities. Dave received national recognition from National Homebuilders Association at the International Homebuilder’s Show in Las Vegas, as one of the top members in the country for his diligent work in recruiting new members for COHBA.

Quality of construction starts with attention to detail. Each home built by Dave Carr receives his personal attention and awareness to the smallest detail in building a fine, quality home. Custom cabinets, elegant master suites with large closets and built-in dressers, beautiful woodwork, designer wallpaper, faux finishes, lots of tile, wood floors, structured wiring and an abundance of extra closet and storage space, are a few of the things you can expect in your new home built by Dave Carr.

LINDA CARR

Linda Carr has been been involved in the building company since its inception. Working as a realtor and decorator she can help you from choosing your plans, picking the brick, tile, wall colors, designer touches, even window treatments. Linda's company, Gold Leaf Interiors, specializes in new homes and helping prospective clients update their existing homes. Linda has received the Certified New Homes Sales Professional Designation from the National Homebuilders Association Education program. She is also a
multi-million dollar producer for Paradigm Realty.

MICHAEL CARR

Michael Carr joined the company full time as Vice President of Operations and is President of Carr Custom Homes. He is a graduate of Oklahoma University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. After college, Michael worked for Robert Bosch Corporation for five years as District Sales Manager in the power tools division working in the Kansas City Division, Las Vegas Division, and returning to Oklahoma City servicing Arkansas, Texas and Missouri.

STEVE DICKSON

Steve Dickson is a realtor with Paradigm Realty. He and Linda work as a team marketing the new homes of Dave Carr Construction and assisting in the selling of homes of future clients. They have worked together for the past several years achieving the million dollar producing level and above. Steve also has extensive knowledge and training of home automation and home theatre systems and is available to custom design your home theatre.
